Using recycled French vintage linen I am encasing them in perspex magnets for you to stick to your fridge just to bring a bit of texture to your life..

Beautiful french sun glistened on lovely fresh snow as we woke up this morning. So envigorating. I love it! We are in the South West so snow seldom falls. Everything stops - no school today!Youpiee!!

New Lilydove and Chou Chou on Flickr

Hey - check out Lilydove and Chou Chou's new Flickr page! I really throw up all my inspiration here and organise and re-organise as I feel led. I have many varied methods in my artwork but I find that one thing feeds off another and the underlying thread that ties it altogether is my own individual person - the way God made me! This was a joint effort with my daughter messing about with a printing press, various inks and dyes and fingerprints.

Bessy was my daughter's invention. I have little chance to isolate myself in my own creative universe so frequently my 5 yr old daughter is involved in what I do. I find her so fresh and inspiring - uninhibited.

Little boy blue is poorly today so I am finding myself contorted around him and a laptop ..
