I studied weave, embroidery and print at Glasgow School of Art (10 years ago now..where did the time go??). I am creating a collection of home accessories using my weave (see image above front), stitched canvases - see middle print, and hand stitched and embroidered linen pieces - top- for cushions, scented sachets and other humble, homely, covetable things..look out for these in the vnext while in my etsy store!

Out shopping at Lidl today ( I love Lidl - not fancy, not glam - but oh so reliable and stress free when you have so few groceries to choos from and 2 children to keep happy through it all) I finally took some snaps of the charming old calligraphy monograms on the cellar hatches you see on the road into town. I love it!!
