House renovations are a familiar sight in my life married to a carpenter! Old fragments of wallpaper found on derelict walls inspire beautiful texture.

As do these natural linen Estonian weaves . I am visiting family here Estonia and am bringing you more interesting texture in the next week..

Paris Pitstop

Made a quick pitstop via Notre Dame whilst in chilly Paris on Thurs. Strolled over the Seine, and past a quintessentially Parisian florist- there's no mistaking I was in Paris. Where else would you find a beautiful antique canapé sofa elegantly gracing the walkway..? Yip - only in Paris!

Ok it's been a long week with snow limiting our movements . Best place is definitely by the fire. Creativity is uninhibited though. Playing with little ragged corsages to pretty up my basket tote for Spring
